IMAS, SGFC join hands to provide sustainable finance training
The training programme offers two initial courses outlined by IBF and MAS.
The Investment Management Association of Singapore has collaborated with the Singapore Green Finance Centre (SGFC) to offer a series of sustainable finance training modules on the iLearn platform for investment management professionals.
These training modules would refer to the Sustainable Finance Technical Skills and Competencies outlined by the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
SGFC will introduce two initial courses in the programme, Climate Change Management and Sustainable Investment Management, with the finance centre offering the latter in the second half of this year.

Dave Fernandez, SGFC Co-Director, said they designed the modules intending to provide a solid and holistic foundation for finance practitioners, enough for them to self-develop in their day-to-day practice.
