But they still feel they're in tip-top shape.
According to a survey by Royal Philips Electronics, Singaporeans feel that they are in good physical health – eat well, but do not exercise regularly enough. 66% of Singaporeans feel that they have good physical health, with 49% of the respondents having nutritious meals a few times a week or more.
Amongst those who are very or completely satisfied with their eating habits, 85% have nutritious meals a few times a week or more.
Here's more from Royal Philips Electronics:
However, only 34% of the respondents exercise at least once a week or more. Interestingly, respondents in the older age group of 45-80 years of age (39.5%) are exercising more frequently than those within the 25-34 age group (35%).
