Nearly half of workers rate excellent productivity in a coworking space: survey
31% preferred coworking spaces compared to 23% at home.
Research showed that 45% of workers rated their productivity as excellent within a coworking environment, as reported by the Instant Group.
44% deemed a traditional office setting yielded excellent productivity, whereas 27% of people rated their productivity to be excellent while working from home.
Commute time and age were the biggest key influencers on how workers rated their productivity within different work environments.

Those who commuted over an hour to their offices and workers aged over 45 rated their productivity higher in a coworking space compared to other work setups, 53% and 42% respectively.
200 global workspace occupiers were included in the Instant Group’s Workspace Occupier Survey last Q4 2023 to measure best output and performance with working spaces.
