Singapore employees show low engagement with company code of conduct: report

Only 31% of employees make use of their company’s code of conduct despite 87% receiving training.

In Singapore, 87% of employees receive training on the company’s code of conduct, LRN reported.

Nearly nine out of ten (89%) of companies in Singapore have an established code of conduct.

Meanwhile, approximately 31% of Singapore employees 'very often' refer to their company's code of conduct as a resource, whilst 41% 'sometimes' refer to it.

LRN surveyed 8,526 full-time employees, including individual contributors and C-suites across 13 industries and 15 countries, representing Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, and South America. Six percent of the participants were from Singapore.
