In terms of hard skills, most of them (72.2%) want employees with technical skills.
Employers in Singapore are looking for employees who possess both hard and soft skills, data from Hays showed.
In terms of soft skills, local employers want employees who have good communication (67.9%) skills the most, followed by problem-solving skills (63.0%), and somebody good at teamwork (56.0%).
From a hard skills perspective, technical (72.2%) and analytical (67.1%) abilities are most important to employers in Singapore.
Employees also look for employees who have presentation skills.
