Citi names Joel Fastenberg as Singapore, ASEAN HR head
He was the previous HR head for Citigroup Japan.
Citi has named Joel Fastenberg as head of human resources for Singapore and ASEAN, according to a note.
He was most recently the Citigroup Japan head of human resources.
His new role will include leadership development, talent management, HR business partnerships, compensation and benefits, and diversity and inclusion. He will report to APAC senior chief human resources officer Stephen Cronin and ASEAN head and Singapore Citi country officer Amol Gupte.
Fastenberg will also be a member of the bank’s Singapore management committee, country coordinating committee and the ASEAN management team.
