Overseas Education promotes Wong Juan Meng as CFO

Since the listing of the Company on the SGX-ST, she has taken on additional responsibilities for the Group, including in the areas of tax, treasury and internal controls.

The Board of Overseas Education announced the appointment of Wong Juan Meng as chief financial officer.

Ms Wong, 56 will be responsible for the overall financial and accounting matters, financial reporting requirements, tax, treasury and internal control functions of the Group.

She was group financial controller of Overseas Education from July 2012 until her appointment. Prior to this, she was group financial controller of PSC Corporation from October 2003 to May 2012 and corporate controller of Hotel Plaza from June 2001 to January 2003, according to an Overseas Education report.
