The Board believed her experience in the private education sector has given her the capabilities to assume the responsibilities of the position.
Raffles Education announced the appointment of Anne Chung Gim Ean as college director.
Ms Chung, 51, will be responsible for the operation and financial performance of the college assigned to her.
She has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London, UK. She had previously worked as an English teacher and also held the position of academic head.
