Global Invacom acquires US satellite terminal manufacturer for $15.7m

This is its largest acquisition to date.

SGX-listed Global Invacom will acquire Skyware, a US-based satellite terminal manufacturer, for a consideration of $15.7m (US$11.6m).

This is its largest acquisition to date and aims to position the group as a global leader in satellite communications equipment.

Global Invacom will issue approximately US$6.6M in treasury shares and enter into an earn-out model – up to a maximum amount of US$5.0M cash – on completion of the transaction with North Carolina-based Skyware, whose vendors will hold 9.9% of former’s share capital
