TTJ issues clarification to SGX queries
Teo Hock Chwee's remuneration band is $2m.
According to a release, TTJ unveiled that the upper limit of Mr Teo Hock Chwee’s remuneration band is S$2,000,000. This is in response to SGX's query stating that: "TTJ classified Mr Teo Hock Chwee’s remuneration band under “directors who are paid above S$1,000,000”. Please disclose the upper limit of this band to provide clarity to shareholders on Mr Teo’s remuneration."
Also, SGx wanted TTJ to announce the necessary disclosure required under LIsting Rule 1207(19)(b).
TTJ responded: "The Company’s internal compliance code requires that its officers should not deal in the company’s securities on short term considerations."
