The Board of UPP Holdings announced the retirement of Adrian Chan Pengee as UPP Holdings' Independent Director.
Mr Chan, 48, is also Nominating Committee Chairman, Renumeration Committee Chairman and Auditing COmmittee Member. He was appointed to the post 5 November 2002, according to UPP Holdings report.
