Adventus Holdings names Tan Soh Hoong as director

She has more than 19 years of experience in dealing in securities traded on local and foreign exchanges for institutions, corporations and individuals.

Adventus Holdings announced the appointment of Tan Soh Hoong as independent non-executive director.

Ms Tan, 51, will also be chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee.

She started her career in a merchant bank where she worked in the area of corporate finance, focusing on corporate advisory, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions for nine years. She possesses more than 19 years of experience in dealing in securities traded on local and foreign exchanges for institutions, corporations and individuals, according to an Adventus Holdings report.
