AEM Holdings names Keith Toh Hsiang-Wen as director

He is founder and owner of Boost, a social discovery company.

AEM Holdings announced the appointment of Keith Toh Hsiang-Wen as independent director.

Mr Toh, 40, was formerly a principal at Francisco Partners, where he focused exclusively on global technology investments. He is founder and owner of Boost, a social discovery company. He is a director of Aconex Ltd, a publicly traded enterprise software company based in Melbourne, Australia; and of Source Photonics, a semiconductor optical components company based in California, USA.

Mr Toh has served as investor and director of a number of companies over the last decade including Numonyx, a global semiconductor IC company based in Geneva, Switzerland (sold to Micron Inc), FX Solutions, a global electronic foreign exchange retail brokerage (merged with City Index), and Mincom, a global enterprise software company (sold to ABB), according to an AEM Holdings report.
