Aloysius Wee Meng Seng joins Shanghai Turbo Enterprises as director

He was named one of the “Asia’s Hot 100 lawyers” by Asian Legal Business in 2010.

Shanghai Turbo Enterprises announced the appointment of Aloysius Wee Meng Seng as non-executive non-independent director.

Mr Wee, 44, will also be a member of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, according to a Shanghai Turbo Enterprises report.

Aloysius Wee is the managing principal of Dacheng Wong Alliance, Singapore’s only Singapore-China joint venture law firm. Aloysius is in his 19th year of practice. His background had been in civil litigation with particular emphasis on Intellectual Property Disputes, Building and Construction Law, Real Estate Transactions, Landlord Tenant Disputes and Management Corporation matters. Aloysius has since 1997 advised on various development and investment projects for property developers, real estate players and hospitality companies in Singapore and the region.
