Europtronic Group announced the stepping down of Aric Loh Siang Khee as lead independent director effective 1 March 2015.
Mr Loh, 51, is also chairman of Audit Committee and a member of Nominating Committee, according to a Europtronic Group report.
He was appointed to the post on 9 May 2014.
