Asia Fashion Holdings appoints Chan Koon Fat as Chief Financial Officer

He was Group Financial Controller of Sunray Holdings prior to his appointment.

The Board of Asia Fashion Holdings announced the appointment of Chan Koon Fat as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Chan, 33, will be responsible for the preparation of the financial statements as well as for reviewing and developing effective financial policies and control procedures for the Group, according to an Asia Fashion Holdings report.

He was Group Financial Controller of Sunray Holdings Limited from August 2007 to September 2012; Audit Supervisor of PKF, Certified Public Accountants from May 2005 to June 2007 and Audit Semi-Senior of Jimmy C.H. Cheung & Co., Certified Public Accountants from September 2004 to May 2005.
