ASTI Holdings names Dr. Yu Keung Yum as independent director

His appointment is non-executive.

This took effect on October 20, 2016. The appointment of Dr. Yu, 68, was made based on his wealth of experience in technology, product design and management in semiconductor industry, particularly in the Asian region.

He is the executive director of Sky1 Technology from 2015 to present.

He is also currently independent director from January 2011 and group technology adviser from November 2010 for Dragon Group International and Advanced Systems Automation.

He was executive director and chief operating officer for DGI from March 2010 to August 2010.

He was also corporate VP for Asia and Technology at Lattice Semiconductor from January 2011 to October 2008.
