Cerebos Pacific names Yuji Yamazaki as Director

He is also Managing Executive Officer of Suntory Holdings Limited and Senior Managing Director, Member of the Board Chief Operating Officer of Suntory Beverage & Food.

The Board of Cerebos Pacific announced the appointment of Yuji Yamazaki as Director. The Board of Directors has accepted the recommendation of the Nominating Committee which had reviewed Mr Yamazaki's qualifications and experience, and approved the appointment of Mr. Yamazaki as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Yamasaki, 55, is currently Managing Executive Officer of Suntory Holdings Limited since April 2012. He is also Senior Managing Director, Member of the Board Chief Operating Officer of Suntory Beverage & Food Ltd since December 2011. Before this, he was Executive Officer of Suntory Holdings Limited from January 2011 to March 2012, according to a Cerebos Pacific report.
