CFM Holdings appoints Fred Hoo Khiang Seng as CFO

He will replace Soo Kok Hwa, who has resigned on 02 November 2013.

CFM Holdings announced the appointment of Fred Hoo Khiang Seng as chief financial officer.

Mr Hoo, 44, will be overall responsible for all key financial matters of the Company and its subsidiaries (the Group). He will work closely with the Group's Chief Executive Officer, as well as the senior management and the Board to carry out all financial related functions of the Group.

He was working at Accenture Client Financial Management from June 2010 to June 2013, Accenture Internal Audit from May 2006 to May 2010 and United Technology Corporation Internal Audit from May 2004 to March 2006, according to a CFM Holdings report.
