CFM Holdings names Soo Kok Hwa executive director

He is concurrently the company's CFO.

The Board of CFM Holdings announced the appointment of Soo Kok Hwa Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Soo, 45, will be responsible for all key financial matters of CFM Group and its affiliate organizations. The Executive Director will report to and work closely with the Executive Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer. In addition, he will partner with the senior leadership and the board of directors to develop and implement strategies across the organization while retaining his role as CFO, according to a CFM Holdings report.

In the past he was Chief Financial Officer of Midsouth Technology from December 2010 to September 2011 and Regional Controller of Schneider Electric Asia Pacific from January 2007 to December 2010.
