Chandran Nantha Kumar steps down as CEO of Valtron Technology

His resignation is pursuant to the cessation of the company's electroplating business.

ICP Ltd announced the resignation of Chandran Nantha Kumar as chief executive officer of Valtron Technology, a subsidiary of ICP.

Mr Kumar, 44, was responsible for operations management, business development and marketing and sales of electroplating business, according to an ICP Ltd report.

He was appointed to the post 12 March 2009.
