Changjiang Fertilizer Holdings names Cai Jian Hua as chairman and CEO

He will replace the company's chairmanship role from Zhu Cheng Bao who retired pursuant to Article 91 of the company's Articles of Association.

The Board of Changjiang Fertilizer announced the appointment of Cai Jian Hua as chairman and CEO.

Mr Cai, 53, will be responsible for the strategic planning and overall management oversight of the company, according to a Changjiang Fertilizer Holdings report.

At present Mr Cai is chairman of Hunan Jia Hua Bio-Science and Technology Development since 2002 and Hunan Jia Hua Investment Holding Group since 2003. He is also director of Hunan Xiang Tian Real Estate Development since 2002, Yueyang Ruen Cheng Real Estate Development since 2003 and Xiangtan City Xiang Yuan Industrial Development since 2003.
