Chasen Holdings appoints Ben Teo Teck Sing as CFO

The Board considered his professional qualification and working experience on his appointment.

Chasen Holdings announced the appointment of Ben Teo Teck Sing as chief financial officer.

Mr Teo, 44, is responsible to provide leadership and direction for all aspects of financial planning, internal control compliance, financial reporting matters for Chasen Holdings Limited and its group of companies. This also includes communication of financial performance and forecast of the Group to the Board of Directors and SGX.

From May 2010 to October 2013, he was CFO oversee all financial and management accounting, corporate governance, treasury, listing, statutory and regulatory compliance matters within the Group. Before this he was CFO in a company engaged in the poultry business, assisted the company in the preparation for listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange from December 2009 to April 2010, and CFO and Company Secretary of Food Junction Holdings Ltd from October 2007 to October 2009.
