Cheung Woh Technologies appoints Ngu Kuang Hua as Director

The Board of Cheung Woh Technologies annonced the appointment of Ngu Kuang Hua as Director. The Board has recommended the appointment of Mr Ngu Kuang Hua as an independent director based on his experience.

Mr Ngu, 65, worked as Managing Director of Precision Magnetics Singapore Pte Ltd and Precision Magnetics Tuas Pte Ltd from 2010 to 2011. Before this, he was President/CEO of Precision Magnetics Singapore Pte Ltd and Precision Magnetics Tuas Pte Ltd from 2006 to 2010 and Managing Director, Magnequench Singapore Pte Ltd (Now known as Precision Magnetics Singapore Pte Ltd) 2004 from 2006, according to a Cheung Woh Technologies report.
