The Board of China Fashion Holdings announced the retirement of Wang Jian as Non-Executive Director of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on 27 April 2012 in order to pursue her personal interest, according to a China Fashion Holdings report.
Ms Wang, 50 was appointed to the post 26 October 2004.
