China Fibretech's Director's Ho Yew Mun retires

Mr Ho assumed the role and responsibilities of the Audit Committee Chairman, Renumeration Committee member and Nominating Comittee member.

The Board of China Fibretech announced the retirement of Ho Yew Mun as Director. Mr Ho, who retired by rotation pursuant to Bye-law 86(1) of the Bye-laws of the Company at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 30 April 2012, did not seek for re-election.

Mr. Ho, 59, in accordance with the terms of reference of respective committees, and as a board member exercised joint and several responsibilities with the Board of Directors of the Company, according to a China Fibretech report.

Mr Ho was appointed to the post 25 March 2008.
