China Flexible Packaging Holdings appoints 2 directors

The Board believes that qualifications and work experience of Ling Chung Yee Roy and Chng Hee Kok will contribute positively to the Company.

The Board of China Flexible Packaging Holdings announced the appointment of Roy Ling Chung Yee and Chng Hee Kok as Non-Executive Independent Directors.

Mr Ling, 35, will also be Chairman of Nominating and Remuneration Committees, and member of Audit Committee.

He is currently Adjunct Professor in Finance of SP Jain School of Global Management from 2012 and Managing Director of RL Capital Management from 2010.

On the other hand, Mr Chng, 64, will lead the Independent Directors and will be Chairman of Audit Committee, and members of Nominating and Remuneration Committees, according to a China Flexible Packaging Holdings report.

Mr Chng is Managing Director of LH Group Ltd. Prior to this, he was CEO of Hartawan Holdings Ltd. He also sits on the Board of Directors of a number of public listed companies. He was also a council member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
