China Kangda Food Company names He Ding Ding as Director

Kuik See Juan resigned from post after completion of his one-year term.

The Board of China Kangda Food Company announced the appointment of He Ding Ding as Director.

Mr He, 35, is the Lead Independent Director, Nominating Committee Chairman and member of Audit Committee and Renumeration Committee.

Mr. He is a director of Guosen Securities (HK) Capital Ltd (“Guosen”) and has over 7 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets. Mr He joined Guosen in 2011 and is presently a director of fixed income and principal finance. From 2005 to 2011, Mr. He worked in international investment banks and corporate finance advisory firms in Singapore and Hong Kong. Prior to that, Mr. He spent four years in civil service in Singapore.

Meanwhile, Director Kuik See Juan, 68, completed a one-year term provided under the letter of appointment dated 26 August 2011 issued by the Company, according to a China Kangda Food Company report.

Kuik See Juan was appointed to the post 25 August 2006.
