China Kangda Food Company names Wang Baowang as Executive Director

He will takeover the position vacated by An Fengjun, who stepped down to focus on his own business pursuit.

The Board of China Kangda Food Company announced the appointment of Wang Baowang as Executive Director.

Mr Wang, 45, will be responsible for the Company's general operation.

Mr. Wang has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 3 September 2012.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wang was the general manager of Beijing Kangda Guoxin Investment Development Co., Ltd., a company engaging in the provision of debt and equity financing related activities, from 2011 to 2012, during which Mr. Wang was responsible for the business development and the day-to-day management.

From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Wang worked as a vice general manager of Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Property Investment and Development Co., Ltd., responsible for assisting the general manager in overseeing the invested projects.

From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Wang was the general manager of Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Xinjiang Resources Development Co., Ltd., responsible for handling the integration of the mineral resources after the completion of the merger and acquisition activities. During that period, Mr. Wang was also the legal representative and general manager of Mongolia Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Mineral Resources Co., Ltd.

From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Wang was the deputy director of the trading department of Xinxing Cathay International Group Co., Ltd., mainly responsible for handling the operational activities in Xinjiang, the PRC. Mr. Wang worked for Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co, Ltd., the securities of which are listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, from 1995 to 2005, where he was the general manager of the central south region responsible for overseeing all the sales activities relating to ductile iron pipeline Wuhan, Guangzhou, Changsha and Chongqing of the PRC and held the general manager position in the sales centre located in Nanjing, the PRC.
