China Paper Holdings names Li Jun as Director

Mr Li is working in Linyi Audit Bureau for 21 years.

The Board of China Paper Holdings announced the appointment of Li Jun as Director. Mr Li has extensive experience in audit of local enterprises and is familiar with the accounting, financial and corporate laws and regulations in PRC.

The Board had reviewed the qualification and experience of Mr Li and approved his appointment as an Independent and Non-Executive Independent Director of China Paper Holdings Limited as well as a Member of the Audit Committee of the Company. The Board of Directors has also assessed the independence of Mr Li and considers Mr Li to be independent, according to a China Paper Holdings report.

Mr Li, 44, is an Accountant in Linyi Audit Bureau from 1990 to present.
