China Powerplus names Guo Dianyan as Executive Director

She possesses more than 10 years of accounting and finance management experience in Chinese companies.

China Powerplus announced the appointment of Guo Dianyan as Executive Director and Deputy Managing DIrector.

Mdm Guo, 49, will be assisting Mr Xue Yongwen, the Managing Director of the Company in executing strategic decision of the Group.

Guo Dianyan is a director of Yilida Group Co. Ltd (“Yilida Group”) over the last 10 years. Yilida Group was the Company that set up Linyi Sanhe Yongjia Co,. Ltd, the subsidiary of China Powerplus Limited prior to the initial public offer of China Powerplus Limited, according to a China Powerplus report.

Guo Dianyan possesses over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance management of companies in China. She is responsible for the accounting and finance function of Yilida Group.
