China Sunshine Chemical Holdings appoints Tong Yi Ping as financial controller

He will replace Yak Thian Huat, who will resign as CFO and joint company secretary on 20 September 2013.

China Sunshine Chemical Holdings announced the appointment of Tong Yi Ping as financial controller and joint company secretary effective 23 October 2013.

Mr Tong, 35, will be responsible for the overall financial operations of the Group as well as corporate secretarial matters.

As of this moment, he is finance manager of China Yuchai International since May 2011. Before this, he was assistant SOX manager of China Yuchai International from April 2010 to April 2011 and assistant audit manager of Paul Wan & Company from September 2006 to January 2010, according to a China Sunshine Chemical Holdings report.
