Mr Ng was also the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
The Board of China Taisan announced the retirement of Ng Weng Wei as Director. Mr Ng who is subject to retirement at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 27 April 2012 ("2012 AGM"), has decided not to seek re-election at the 2012 AGM in order to concentrate on his other career commitment, according to a China Taisan report.
Mr Ng, 42, was appointed to the post 14 April 2008.
