Christian Hartmannsgruber resigns as Country Manager, Retail Operatons for Domicil Moebel GmbH

Mr Phua Yong Tat will take over Mr Hartmannsgruber's post in the interim.

The Board of HTL International Holdings announced the resignation of Christian Hartmannsgruber as Country Manager of Retail Operations for Domicil Moebel GmbH.

Mr Hartmannsgruber, 48, will quit his post 31 December 2012 due to cessation of employment contract.

As part of changes to the business structure in the Group’s German business units, the current positions of Country Manager, Retail Operations and General Manager for all German business units, including Domicil Moebel GmbH, will be modified. In the interim, Mr. Phua Yong Tat, who is currently holding the position of Group Managing Director, will oversee DMG’s business, supported by the Group’s management team in Singapore. Mr Hartmannsgruber was appointed to the post 13 April 2007, according to an HTL International Holdings report.

He was responsible for managing overall business development, marketing, franchise and brand management and handling daily operational issues.
