Contel Corporation appoints Huang Wen-Lai as Director

Mr Huang will also be appointed as an Audit Committee Member.

The Board of Contel Corporation announced the appointment of Huang Wen-Lai as Director. The Nominating Committee had reviewed the qualifications and working experiences of Mr Huang and recommended his appointment to the post. The Board of Directors had approved his appointment based on the recommendation of the Nominating Committee.

Mr Huang, 51, is an Independent Director who is to be appointed as an Audit Committee Member, according to a Contel report.

Mr Huang is Board Chairman of M Development Ltd. since 2011. He is also the Board Chairman of Xiamen Sharing Group Co., Ltd., Xiamen Xinyang Benma Technology Co., Ltd., and Luan Benma Pioneer Technology Co., Ltd from 2006.
