Dapai International Holdings names Chua Meng Hing as Director
He is a Director of Finance of Xylem Group since February 2003.
The Board of Dapai International Holdings had reviewed the qualification and experience of Mr Chua Meng Hing and approved his appointment as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, according to a Dapai International Holdings report.
Mr. Chua, 45, is Vice President, China and India and Director of Finance from Xylem Group (Spin off from ITT Corporation) from February 2003 to Present. He was also an Associate Director, Transaction Services of KPMG from Jun 2002 to Dec 2002 and Senior Manager, Transaction Services of KPMG from Oct 2000 to May 2002.
