Dato Amos Siew Boon Yeong resigned as Anchor Resources' director
He mentioned personal and other work commitments.
Mr. Dato Siew, 58, was appointed on December 18, 2015 as director and he relinquished his positions as chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.
He became a CPA in 1984 and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a chartered accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and an associate member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. He is also a certified financial planner and member of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia.
