The Board of Global Invacom Group announced the resignation of David Wilson Thomas Newcombe as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr Newcombe, 53, was responsible for overseeing the Group’s finance, accounting, investor relations and corporate development operations, according to a Global Invacom Group report.
