The Board of Dukang Distillers Holdings announced the appointed has considered the Audit Committee's recommendation and assessment of Mr Ho's qualifications and experience and is of the view that he has the requisite experience and capability to assume the responsibility as the Financial Controller and Joint Company Secretary.
