Eastgate appoints Lee Dah Khang as independent director
He was recommended by the company's Nominating committee.
According to a release, the Board of Directors had accepted the recommendation of the Nominating committee, which had reviewed Mr Lee Dah Khang’s credentials and experience and approved his appointment as an Independent Director and a member of the Audit, Nominating and Remuneration Committees of the Company.
Mr Lee is also Audit Committee member, Nominating Committee member and Remuneration Committee member.
He will be briefed on his role and obligations as a director as well as relevant laws and regulations of a director of a public listed company in Singapore.
