Elec & Eltek International Company announced the appointment of Stephanie Cheung Wai Lin as executive director, vice chairman and authorised representative effective 1 August 2014.

Ms Cheung, 43, will be tasked to manage attainment of business objectives and financial targets; lead all fund raising efforts; manage all corporate governance compliance; manage all investment, divestments, joint-ventures, collaborations; and implement policies and plans laid down by the board, according to an Elec & Eltek International Company report.

Ms Cheung joined Kingboard Chemical Holding Limited in 2002. Prior to joining the group, she worked as an administration assistant manager in a listed company for about five years.
