The Board of Hanwell Holdings announced the resignation of Erny Rusly as group financial controller.
Ms Rusly, 39, was responsible for the group’s accounting and finance functions, including treasury and tax, according to a Hanwell Holdings report.
She was appointed to the post 14 May 2012.
