Eucon Holding appoints Sun Quan and Fan Xianyong as executive directors

They were appointed on October 12, 2016.

Mr. Sun Quan, 50, is given a non-executive appointment.

He is executive director for Capital Impetus Group, which is incorporated in Cayman Islands from 2016 to present. He is executive director and CEO of China Capital Impetus Asset Management from 2011 to present. He is non-executive director for RHB OSK GC-Millenium Capital from 2011 to present. He is also executive director for China Capital Impetus Investment from 2009 to present.

He was general manager for Friedmann Pacific Securities from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Sun also sits on the board of Schwarzman College at Tsinghua University

According to a release, Mr. Sun has more than 20 years of investment and management experience in the Greater China region, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, covering a variety of business areas including high technology, pharmaceuticals, electronics, real estate, natural resources and chemical industry.

Meanwhile, Mr. Fan Xianyong, 51, is director and general manager from 2003 to present for Beijng Aozhongxingye Real Estate Development Co. and for The Place Investment Group Co. from 2001 to present.

He was also director and general manager for Beijing Aozhongxiehe Trading Co. from 2001 to 2013.
