Foreland Fabrictech Holdings names Cheung Hanford Ho Fat as Director

He is also Chairman of Remuneration Committee, member of Audit Committee and member of Nominating Committee.

The Board of Foreland Fabrictech Holdings announced the appointment of Cheung Hanford Ho Fat as Director. Mr. Cheung was nominated to replace Mr Yeap Wai Kong who had not offered himself for re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 27 April 2012. Mr Cheung had been assessed by the Nominating Committee and recommended to the Board for approval of his appointment, according to a Foreland Fabrictech Holdings report.

Mr Cheung, 34, is currently an Associate Director of MCL Capital Partners Limited (Hong Kong), 2010 to Present. Before this he was Pharmacy Manager/Associate/Partner of Shoppers Drug Mart (Canada) from 2003 to 2007.
