Foreland Fabrictech Holdings names Tan Chee Kian as Director

He is General Manager and concurrently, Acting Chief Finance Officer of Fu Yu Corporation Limited.

The Board of Foreland Fabrictech Holdings announced the appointment of Tan Chee Kian as Director.

Mr Tan, 57, is also a member of the Audit Committee, Chairman of Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee. Mr Tan is General Manager and concurrently, Acting Chief Finance Officer of Fu Yu Corporation Limited since Jan 2012. He was Regional Financial Controller, Southern China of Fu Yu Moulding & Tooling (Dongguan) from Sept 2008 to December 2011 and Financial Controller of Fuxing China Group Limited from Sept 2006 to Aug 2008, according to a Foreland Fabictech Holdings report.
