Francis Chin Yuk-Lun resigns as Lottivision's director

He stepped down due to family commitments.

The Board of Lottivision announced the resignation of Francis Chin Yuk-Lun as independent director.

Mr Chin, 65, was tasked to provide guidance to the company's overall strategy and operations. He was also a member of Audit Committee, chairman of Nominating Committee and chairman of Remuneration Committee. He was appointed to the post 31 October 2002, according to a Lottivision report.
