Fuxing China Group appoints Lim Cheng Kee as director

The company believes that he would strengthen the board's capability.

Fuxing China Group announced the appointment of Lim Cheng Kee as non-executive director.

Mr Lim, 64, will also be chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of Audit Committee and Nominating Committee.

He is currently a senior consultant (part-time basis) for Barrington Corporate Advisory since September 2008. Before this, he was head of finance and operations at Agricultural Bank of China, Singapore Branch from June 1995 to June 2008 and deputy general manager, head of finance/compliance and company secretary at The Nikko Merchant Bank (Singapore) from 1992 to May 1995, according to a Fuxing China Group report.
