The Board of HG Metal Manufacturing announced the resignation of Georges Norbert Keipes as chief operating officer of Long Processing Business Unit.
Mr Keipes, 53, stepped down to pursue other career opportunities, according to an HG Metal Manufacturing report.
He was appointed to the post 1 August 2011.
