GMG Global appointed Chung Wei Guy as director

He is CEO for the Halcyon Group.

Chung Wei Guy, 43, is the founder of Halcyon Energy. As CEO, he oversees all corporate infrastructure matters including legal, corporate governance, corporate structuring, information technology, human resources and general administration of the entities within the Group, including the members of Group. He was executive director for Halcyon Agri and director since July 8, 2010.

Before that, started of with Kuok Group in 1999 and was a legal executive for Shangri-La Hotel. He was transferred as head of the legal department for Pacific Carriers. He left Pacific Carriers in 2005 and started with Halcyon Group.

He holds a Bachelor of Law (Second Upper) from King's College London in 1998 and has a Graduate Diploma in Law from the National University of Singapore in 2002.
