Grand Banks Yachts announced the appointment of Robert William Livingston as non-executive and non-independent director.
Mr Livingston, 73, was the Chairman and/or Chief Executive Officer of the Company for 35 years until 11 October 2011, according to a Grand Banks Yachts report.
